What the hell is a cine-manga? Something I've wondered about for years after seeing Yu-Gi-Oh the Movie had one that came with a card. When purchasing these I thought that these would at least try to be like a manga but the way it looks and formatted is crazy. Its like someone just learned all the cool editing features in power point. These cine-manga are basically screenshots of 4 episodes that are more like a comic reading style then manga. The only upside to reading these is that the screenshots will sometimes be on an in between frame and it got a few laughs from out of me. It was frustrating reading some of this as there are parts that aren't adherent to comic or manga reading order of speech bubbles. I did note one time where they changed the dialogue and Mr. Krabs says something along the lines of is this a drive by. Really makes it seem like there was no oversight or editor really looking at the finer details.
