Released in North America on November 5th, 2002

Didn't really know what to expect with this but it sure wasn't what was in this book.After watching the very entertaining movie I wanted more and learned that it got spinoffs in manga and light novels. Seeing as this was the first to be released in North America this would be the first one I would read. I read this all in one sitting and couldn't put it down because I really didn't know where any of this was going. Its a story full of twists and turns full of blood, gore, and erotic moments. It all concludes with a twist that's left up to interpretation. Its truly left me baffled and thinking about even days later. I will be checking out the light novels that were released in North America if its possible to still get a hold of.
